Not because we’re ‘starting a bookshop’ — though we might — but because of its chapter on ‘working collectively’. And because it’s from the 80s. And because we like the cover.
This site is a companion site to www.yorkstories.co.uk. Compiled in a possibly more haphazard way, with less explaining. Which is why this page is so short. It’s so anarchic we might even upload images without alt tags and not have a proper navigation menu.
We explore the city’s gritty bits, and continue collectively the ‘urban exploration’ elements of the original York Stories ‘York Walks’. We may be in a snicket near you, writing poetry.
